Rank Digital PLT may provide services including website design, website redesign, SEO, AEO, AI search readiness, Google Ads management, Facebook and Instagram Ads management, ecommerce support, WooCommerce SEO, content writing, landing page structure, local SEO and digital marketing consulting.

Service descriptions on this website are general. The exact deliverables, timeline, fees and responsibilities for each project will be confirmed in a quotation, proposal, invoice, written agreement or approved communication.

4. Quotations and Proposals

Any quotation or proposal issued by Rank Digital PLT is based on the information available at the time of preparation.

• Quotations may have a validity period stated in the document
• Additional requirements may result in additional fees
• Work will only begin after scope and payment terms are accepted
• Verbal discussions are not binding unless confirmed in writing
• Estimated results, timelines or projections are not guarantees

5. Fees and Payments

Fees, deposits, monthly retainers, project payments and payment schedules will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Project work may require upfront payment or deposit before commencement
• Monthly services may require payment before or at the start of the service period
• Ad spend is separate from management fees and is payable directly to advertising platforms or as otherwise agreed
• Late payments may delay project delivery, campaign activity or access to support
• Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, stock assets, software, tools or advertising spend are not included unless specifically stated

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete projects properly, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access and necessary materials.

Client responsibilities may include:

• Providing website access, hosting access, platform access or advertising account access where needed
• Supplying logos, images, brand assets, product information and business details
• Reviewing and approving content, design direction, campaign material or project stages
• Ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
• Responding within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays

7. Project Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed deadlines in writing. Delivery may be affected by client feedback delays, missing materials, third-party issues, technical issues, platform restrictions or changes in scope.

Rank Digital PLT will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control or delays caused by incomplete client input.

8. Revisions and Scope Changes

Revisions included in a project will be stated in the quotation, proposal or written agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Examples of additional scope may include:

• Additional pages, sections, forms or design layouts
• Additional articles, product descriptions or content rewriting
• Additional campaign variations, ad creatives or landing pages
• Major direction changes after approval
• Technical fixes unrelated to the agreed project scope

9. Third-Party Tools, Platforms and Services

Our work may involve third-party tools and platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, plugins, themes, CRM tools or form systems.

Rank Digital PLT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, technical limitations or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

10. SEO, AEO, Advertising and Performance Disclaimer

SEO, AEO and digital advertising results depend on many factors, including competition, search engine behaviour, website condition, content quality, market demand, budget, audience response, algorithm changes and client implementation.

Rank Digital PLT does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, sales, leads, revenue, ad approvals, conversion rates or AI-search visibility. We provide strategy, implementation and optimization support based on the agreed scope.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rank Digital PLT retains rights to working files, templates, processes, frameworks, strategy methods, code snippets, internal documents and reusable systems developed before or during service delivery.

Final approved website content, graphics or deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client after full payment, subject to any third-party licence restrictions.

Clients must ensure that materials supplied to Rank Digital PLT, including logos, images, fonts, videos, product information and brand assets, are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.

12. Portfolio, Case Study and Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed, Rank Digital PLT may reference completed work, client names, website screenshots, project summaries or case study information in our portfolio, proposals, website, social media or marketing material.

If a client requires confidentiality or does not want a project used publicly, this should be communicated in writing before or during the project.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties may receive confidential business information during discussions or project delivery. Rank Digital PLT will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared by clients.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rank Digital PLT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, rankings, advertising account performance or website availability.

Our total liability for any claim related to services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Termination or Suspension of Services

Rank Digital PLT may suspend or terminate services if there is non-payment, repeated delay in client feedback, misuse of services, unlawful activity, breach of these terms or breakdown of project cooperation.

Upon termination, completed work up to the termination date may be chargeable. Deposits, setup fees or work already performed may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any dispute should first be handled through good-faith discussion between the parties.
